The Group and Company changed its financial year end from March 31 to December 31 to be
co-terminus with the immediate holding company’s financial year end. The financial year ended
December 31, 2015 covers the nine months from April 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 and the
financial year ended March 31, 2015 covers the twelve months from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015.
