5 AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Board has adopted the principles of corporate governance as described in the Code of
Corporate Governance formulated by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”)
with regards to the Audit Committee.
The Audit Committee of the Company is chaired by Yeung Koon Sang alias David Yeung and include
Lee Suan Hiang, and Tay Beng Chuan. All the members of the Audit Committee are independent
directors of the Company.
