2015
The Company has declared a final dividend for the period ended 31 December 2015. Any payouts are
communicated to shareholders via announcement on SGXNet when the Company discloses its financial
results.
Dealing in Securities
The Group has adopted internal codes pursuant to the Listing Rule 1207(19) of the Listing Manual
applicable to all its officers in relation to dealing in the Company securities. Its officers are not allowed to
deal in the Company’s shares during the period commencing two weeks before the announcement of the
Company’s financial statements for each of the first three quarters of its financial year, or one month before
the full year results announcement, as the case may be, and ending on the date of announcement of the
relevant results. Directors and employees are expected to observe the insider trading laws at all times even
when dealing in securities within permitted trading period. They are also discouraged from dealing in the
Company’s shares on short-term considerations.
Material Contracts
There were no material contracts entered into by the Company or any of its subsidiaries involving the
interest of the CEO, any Director, or controlling shareholder.
Interested Person Transactions
The Company has established procedures to ensure that all transactions with interested persons are
reported in a timely manner to the AC and that such transactions are conducted on an arm’s length basis
and are not prejudicial to the interests of the shareholders. There were no interested person transactions
entered into by the Group during the financial period ended 31 December 2015.
Use of Proceeds
The company completed an issuance of USD 175 million of Senior Perpetual Securities during the financial
period.
