5 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
The Company’s immediate holding company is CKM (Cayman) Company Limited. CITIC Group
Corporation is the Company’s ultimate holding company. Related companies in these financial
statements refer to members of the ultimate and immediate holding companies’ group of
companies. The amount due from or to related parties are unsecured, interest-free and repayable on
demand unless otherwise indicated. The Group has transactions with related parties as follows:
