| The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that further to the Company's announcements in relation to the above captioned matter dated 22 January 2007 and 2 February 2007, the placement of 49,650,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to World Water Pte Ltd has been completed today. The New Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 9.00 a.m., 9 February 2007.
