Annual General Meeting Results

Pursuant to Clause 704(14) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Board of Directors of United Envirotech Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that at the Seventh Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 19 July 2010, all resolutions relating to matters set out in the Notice of AGM were duly passed.
