| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 28 July 2010, for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services of 8 Cross Street, #11-00 PWC Building, Singapore 048424 up to 5.00 p.m. on 27 July 2010 will be registered to determine members' entitlements to the proposed Special and Final Dividends. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares up to 5.00 p.m. on 27 July 2010 will be entitled to the proposed Dividends. Payment of the proposed Dividends, if approved by members at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 19 July 2010, will be made on 10 August 2010. |
